Yoga on Centre

Yoga on Centre is an Iyengar yoga studio located on Centre Ave (AKA Penn Circle South). The Iyengar method teaches proper alignment and form with hundreds of supported asana exercises. Yoga on Centre offers three different tracks for incoming students: Beginner through Advanced Yoga Classes, Yoga Therapy & Rehabilitation, and Stress Management. Classes are offered seven days a week, and the studio is flooded in natural sunlight, finished with environmentally-friendly bamboo floors, and equipped with all the yoga props you'll need. All their teachers (seven, all female) have training in the Iyengar method of hatha yoga.

Schoolhouse Yoga

Schoolhouse Yoga has five locations:

  • The Squirrel Hill studio is at 2010 Murray Avenue, next to Napoli's Pizza.
  • The Shadyside studio is at 5417 Walnut Street, 2nd floor.
  • In the Strip District, Schoolhouse Yoga is at 2401 Smallman Street.

They pride themselves on being able to make newcomers feel at home. They are a registered yoga school and an honorary member of the International Yoga Federation.

Three Rivers features Hatha yoga, Yoga Intensives (asanas, body anatomy and core awareness), child and teen yoga, and beginner yoga. They also offer workshops on a semi-regular basis, featuring internationally recognized teachers.

The first class of the day begins at 8 a.m., and the last class of the day begins at 7:00 p.m. Three Rivers Yoga has 11 teachers, both male and female.

Yoga H'Om

Yoga H'Om is located at 7053 Steubenville Pike, in suite 22, and the phone number is 412-788-1660. They offer a safe, non-competitive environment where students can find friendly, inspiring, and enjoyable yoga.

Yoga H'Om offers classes such as yoga basics, yoga flow, power yoga (Ashtanga primary series), hot yoga, gentle Hatha yoga, and Advanced Led Practice (for experienced students only).

The first class of the day begins at 8:30 a.m., and the last class of the day begins at 7:00 p.m. Yoga H'Om has ten teachers, male and female.

Amazing Yoga

Amazing Yoga has three locations:
