Whether as a vacation activity or a longterm practice, performing yoga on the beaches of Hawaii is a restorative experience.

A warm beach, the lulling of the waves - it's all part of the Hawaii yoga experience. Many of the instructors have a wonderful studio atmosphere but also understand the value of integrating nature into practice.
