B.K.S. Iyengar Yoga Studio of Dallas

BKS Iyengar Yoga Studio of Dallas has the highest number of certified Iyengar yoga teachers in Texas and is dedicated to the art, science, and philosophy of Yoga in the Iyengar tradition. The studio opened in June 2000. This studio offers introductory yoga, yoga for four levels of experience, and restorative yoga classes. The first class of the day begins at 9 a.m., and the last class of the day begins at 7:30 p.m. There are nine teachers, both male and female.

Bikram Yoga Dallas

Bikram Yoga Dallas is the one of two Dallas centers for Bikram yoga. They provide a center from which to ground, and an atmosphere that promotes growth, following the sequence of 26 yoga postures that is the foundation of Bikram yoga. At this studio, yogis will find 90-minute workouts with Bikram-certified teachers, and classes are offered seven days a week. The first class of the day begins at 5:30 a.m., and the last class of the day begins at 8:15 p.m. There are seven teachers, male and female.

Dallas Yoga Center says its purpose is to encourage genuine personal inquiry into the relationship between mind, body, and spirit, using the wide range of tools which yoga offers. The center offers yoga classes in the Iyengar, Ashtanga, Jivamukti, and Vinyasa styles. The first class of the day begins at 9:15 a.m., and the last class of the day begins at 7:45 p.m. They have fourteen teachers, both male and female.

Park Cities Yoga

Park Cities Yoga offers classes of all levels and specializes in individual attention for the students. Classes include kids' yoga, prenatal, group sessions, private sessions, and advanced classes. Sessions begin at 8 a.m. most days.

Sunstone Yoga

Sunstone Yoga teaches fitness styles of yoga, described as Fire, Earth, Metal, Water, and Wood. They also offer kids' yoga. Classes and times vary by location, but generally the first class of the day begins at 6 a.m., and the last class of the day begins at 6 p.m. They have sixteen teachers, both male and female.

Creative Yogini is run by Bethany Webb, an instructor that offers private practice at her home studio or in your home. Her disciplines include Vinyasa, Hatha and Kundalini, as well as therapeutic classes. She offers couples' yoga, kids' yoga, and private and group sessions.
